Celebrating Black History Month
  Feb 1, 2021 - Feb 28, 2021

Join us as we celebrate Black History Month at Paseo Nuevo!

Enjoy these special offerings from our retailers and eateries in the month of February;

Aveda - The power of Black beauty lies in recognizing its leaders. This Black History Month, Aveda is celebrating the excellence of Black game-changers at Aveda. Whether it’s developing high-performance hair care for natural Black hair or practicing radical self-love, these individuals are using their influence to shape the beauty industry. We’re sharing how they do it all, while balancing their professional and personal passions.

Bath & Body Works - As long-time community partners, the L Brands Foundation and Bath & Body Works have supported National Urban League and their local chapters with grants of more than $2 million, board and committee service, volunteerism, event sponsorship and product donations.

Pressed Juicery - The Art of Empowerment. This year in celebration, Pressed has partnered with three Black artists who are each making a meaningful impact in their communities. These artists were invited to design a special label for one of our juices to showcase their work and commemorate Black History Month through the power of art. Proceeds from the sale of these one-of-a-kind juices will support the artist’s ongoing work to promote solidarity, strength, and diversity within their work and community.

GAP - Features, The Gap Collective. An ongoing collaboration celebrating the spirit of activism and the energy of forward movement by featuring artists from around the globe, and within our own community. A tee collection honoring Black history and celebrating Black future. Gap Inc. is proud to donate $200,000 to the 15 Percent Pledge, a non-profit organization advocating for equitable opportunity and access for Black owned businesses and Black people in the workforce. For more information on the 15 Percent Pledge please visit: Here

Foot Locker - Foot Locker celebrates Black History Month and the integral role African-Americans play within sneaker and streetwear culture. Behind the scenes many African-Americans at Foot Locker lead the way in many cross-functional departments. We salute the passion, effort, and resolve to push sneaker and streetwear culture to exponential heights.
