Our Guest Services team can assist with restaurant reservations, hotel recommendations, parking/transportation information, directions to area attractions, and anything else you’re looking for during your visit to downtown Santa Barbara. Security / Lost & Found
Security is available for guest escorts to your vehicle, medical assistance, jumping of your car battery and other needs that might arise during your shopping experience.

Wheelchairs and Umbrellas
Wheelchairs and umbrellas are available during mall hours free of charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license or ID is needed to check out a wheelchair.

Enjoy convenient parking in our parking garage! Enter on Chapala Street with one entrance near Ortega Street and one near Nordstrom. You will be just steps away from your favorite stores and restaurants. Parking is free for the first 75 minutes!
MTD Bus and Shuttle schedules are available at Guest Services. Bus numbers 5, 16, 20, 21x and 37 all service Paseo Nuevo on Chapala Street. The Downtown Shuttle services Paseo Nuevo on State Street.
Bus Schedules Paseo Nuevo is 2 blocks south of the MTD Transit Center.
LAZ Parking Office
If you lose your ticket or have any questions, push the HELP BUTTON on any pay station or exit gate and a parking ambassador will assist you.

Electric Car Charging Stations
Volta charging stations are available! Enjoy this free amenity at Paseo Nuevo!
Located in the lower-level of our garage, two are located upon entering the lower-South garage and two upon entering the lower-North garage.
The Volta Charging Stations—located on the lower level of the parking garage—power electric vehicles for free. Good for our customers and the environment. Since Paseo Nuevo installed five charging stations, the community impact has been:
