Hand Sanitizers & Face Masks

Hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the center in high touchpoint areas for public use. If you need a face covering and don’t have one, please ask one of our Security Officers and they will provide one for you.

Wheelchairs & Umbrellas

Complimentary Wheelchairs are available during mall hours free of charge at Security Dispatch. A driver’s license is needed to check out a wheelchair.

Parking Garage

Enjoy convenient parking in our parking garage! Enter on Chapala Street with one entrance near Ortega Street and one near Canon Perdido Street. You will be just steps away from your favorite stores and restaurants. Parking is free for the first 75 minutes! Monthly parking passes are available, call the Parking Office at 805.962.6667 for details.

Electric Car Charging Stations

Volta charging stations are available! Enjoy this free amenity at Paseo Nuevo! Located in the lower-level of our garage, two are located upon entering the lower-South garage and two upon entering the lower-North garage. Please observe a 2 hour maximum charging time.
